Custom Inner Insert Protection
Custom Blind Box Packaging with Tailor-Made Inner Inserts, Protective EVA Foam Cardboard Tray for Collectible Figurines
Tailor-made inner inserts are a vital part of premium blind box packaging, designed to firmly fix collectible figures and avoid scratching, shaking or collision inside the mystery box. We supply multiple insert materials including EVA foam, die-cut cardboard tray, sponge and velvet liner. We precisely cut the inner cavities according to the contour of your toys to achieve a perfect fit. Custom cutouts can separate different accessories and protect delicate painted surfaces of figurines. These custom inserts improve the unboxing experience and show your product value to end consumers. We can adjust insert thickness and hardness based on your product weight and fragility. Samples of inner inserts can be made for your confirmation before bulk production. This protective inner packaging solution is widely used for art toys, collectible figures and limited-edition mystery gifts. It minimizes product damage and upgrades your whole blind box packaging quality.
