Production Process of Custom Collapsible Magnetic Gift Boxes
Understanding the production process helps buyers know what to expect when ordering custom collapsible magnetic gift boxes.
The whole workflow includes artwork confirmation, paper cutting, pre-pressing creasing, magnet embedding, surface printing and finishing, box forming, quality inspection and packing. First, our design team checks your artwork file and confirms Pantone color, size and printing crafts. Then rigid cardboard and surface coated paper are cut into required sizes.
Creasing is a critical step. Precise crease lines ensure the box can fold flat and assemble neatly without cracking. Workers embed hidden magnets into the pre-cut slots, keeping magnets invisible from outside. Next comes surface treatment: offset printing, hot stamping, embossing or lamination according to your requirements.
After surface finishing, we fold and test each box for smooth closure and stable structure. Defective products will be picked out during QC inspection. Finally, finished boxes are folded flat and packed for shipment. Every step is strictly controlled.
